Strafrecht in der VR China und Infos zum Todesstrafenkatalog
Angesichts sich täglich häufender Meldungen über sehr
grausame und abscheuliche Verbrechen in Deutschland
und anderen Ländern Europas kommt es zu vermehrten
Forderungen nach der Wiedereinführung der Todesstrafe.
Über die Todesstrafe in China und den USA sowie den
anderen Länder, die eine Todesstrafe in Ihrem Strafrecht
vorsehen, gibt es viele Diskussionen, ohne dabei genau
auf die rechtliche Legitimation und Rechtsnormen dieser
Länder einzugehen.
Ich will hier einen Überblick über den Todesstrafenkatalog
in China geben. Hier ist er, der Todesstrafenkatalog mit den
aufgeführte Delikten. Weltweit reden viele darüber, aber
kaum jemand ist dieser Katalog vollumfänglich bekannt:
