Kann es sein, dass die Hamas am letzten Freitag sich israelischer Zivilisten bemaechtigen und diese in den Gaza-Streifen entfuehren wollte ?
2 Gaza gunmen infiltrate Israel, die in firefight
JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli troops killed two Palestinian militants who had infiltrated Israel from the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip on Friday, the military said.
The firefight between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian militants took place across the border from the southern Gaza Strip. Security forces sealed off the entrances to the four Israeli communities in the area, where thousands of people live, until the gunbattle was over.
The military said it was not aware of any other militants having eluded troops. It said the gunmen entered Israel by cutting the security fence along the border.
Hamas security officials confirmed two militants had been sent on an operation to attack Israel and clashed with soldiers near the Israel-Gaza border. The radio station of the Islamic Jihad militant group said its fighters had been sent on an unspecified mission.
Hamas security officials said Israeli tanks crossed into Gaza after the infiltration and fired shells.

Hamas Exposes Kidnapping Tunnels

Jerusalem — Israeli security establishment sources report that Hamas has been making a concerted effort in the past number of months to kidnap either an IDF soldier or an Israeli civilian. To that end, it has dug a series of “kidnapping tunnels.”
Hamas has recently put on a facade as if it were cooperating with Egypt to prevent Israelis from being kidnapped from the Sinai peninsula into the Gaza Strip, but that effort has only served to raise a wry smile on the faces of Israeli security officials. Security officials said that Hamas has been making a concentrated effort in the past number of months to kidnap either a soldier or a civilian in order to avenge the death of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai and to ratchet up the pressure on Israel to negotiate a prisoner exchange deal. “We haven’t seen so much motivation on Hamas’s part to kidnap an Israeli or to exact a different form of revenge in a long time,” said yesterday a high-ranking security official.
