Die einzige Aufgabe der Bundeswehr ist in Afghanistan, den strategich wichtigen Handels Weg, für Drogen nach Norden, abzusichern und die Drogen Barone, wie den Massen Mörder General Dostum (Ex-Verteidigungs Minister Fahim) und Freund zu schützen.



Der CIA, hat sogar dort unten und in Pakistan, damals die Drogen Labors technisch eingerichtet und das nötige Know-How vermittelt. Zuvor war der Opium Anbau, dort unbekannt. Es wurde nur Cannabis angebaut.

Und so sieht die CIA Drogen Leitstelle aus südlich Durres in Albanien, welche unter dem CIA Agenten Georg Soros, dort seine angebliche Foundation betreibt. Weitere 300 Meter südlich ist dann der NATO Stützpunkt CommWest, wo auch Deutsche Soldaten verkehren.

Könnten da nicht auch Deutsche Soldaten (da ja US-Oberbefehl) die Drogen-Anlagen bewachen ?

Mein Beitrag war keinesfalls als Ironie zu verstehen.
Weder die Produktion noch der Konsum von Drogen verletzen GRUNDSÄTZLICH irgendwessen Rechte.
Etwaige Rechtsverletzungen mögen mit einem der beiden zwar zusammenhängen, müssen jedoch getrennt davon betrachtet werden.
Ich hab ja auch nix gegen Küchenmesser, nur weil hie und da damit Leute aufgeschlitzt werden.

Nach infos des BKA geht die Schmuggeroute über Russland nach Mitteleuropa. Dieses Geschäft hat längst die russische Mafia übernommen, wobei der Kleinhandel in D mittlerweile von Nigerianern organisiert wird, in Hamburg besonders deutlich zu sehen.
Den Mohnanbau in Afghanistan zu bekämpfen hiesse gegen die dortigen Drogenbarone Krieg zu führen. Dies wäre mit den wenigen dort stehenden Truppen nicht möglich und würde das Land völlig destabilisieren.
Politik ist immer die Kunst des möglichen, was die Türkei bis heute nicht begriffen hat.

Good morning Mr. Chairman and members of the Subcommittee on European Affairs. On behalf of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), I would like to express my gratitude to the subcommittee for affording us the opportunity to participate in this forum and to provide comment to the subcommittee on issues related to Eurasian organized criminal enterprises, a topic that is of great concern to the FBI as well as to this committee. It is our belief that the international growth of these very dangerous, criminally diverse and organized groups and their emergence in the United States has caused a significant expansion of our crime problem. The FBI and DOJ are taking an aggressive stance in addressing these organized criminal enterprises, domestically and internationally, to help other nations battle these groups and to prevent them from becoming entrenched in the United States..............
Balkan organized crime

The Balkan Organized Crime (BOC initiative, which consists of addressing organized criminal activity emanating from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia-Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), and Greece, is a relatively new program, and a very high profile endeavor on the part of the FBI's Organized Crime Section (OCS) and DOJ's Organized Crime and Racketeering Section (OCRS). Balkan organized crime is an emerging organized crime problem with transnational ramifications that has been identified and is being addressed in 12 FBI divisions throughout the United States.

Balkan organized crime groups, particularly those composed of ethnic Albanians, have expanded rapidly over the last decade to Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, and the Scandinavian countries, and are beginning to gain a foothold in the United States. In the last year or two, European nations have recognized that Balkan organized crime is one of the greatest criminal threats that they face. European police organizations now estimate that Balkan organized crime groups control upwards of 70% of the heroin market in some of the larger European nations, and are rapidly taking over human smuggling, prostitution and car theft rings across Europe.

Domestically, Albanian organized crime groups have been involved in murders, bank and ATM burglaries, passport and visa fraud, illegal gambling, weapons & narcotics trafficking, and extortion. In New York City, the Albanians have actually challenged the LCN for control of some traditional criminal activities which have historically been the mainstay of LCN operations. Albanian OC groups have also formed partnerships with the Gambino, Genovese, and Luchese LCN families to facilitate specific crimes.

Das ist Joschkas Real Politik eben und nur wer Mörder, Kopf Abschneider, Bin Laden Referenz, Drogen Boss ist, wird und wurde von diesen Leuten unterstützt. Und das bis heute im Okober 2006!

Da kamen 800 US Soldaten damals nach Mazedonien und dann startete der grosse Drogen Deal, mit den Albanern und Kosovaren.

Money Laundering and International Banks

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has report that "the aggregate size of money laundering in the world could be somewhere between 2-5% of the world’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Using 1996 statistics, these percentages would indicate that money laundering ranged between U.S. $ 590 billion and U.S. $ 1.5 trillion [in 2003]."10

American money laundering in the United States and internationally is a key issue. Ninety-one percent (91%) of the billions of U.S. dollars spent on cocaine in the United States stays in the United States. It is deposited in the US and Canadian banking system. The narcotics trade helps accumulate hard currency into the American and Canadian economies.11

The extent of money laundering in the United States can be grasped when it is realized that practically every American dollar in circulation in the United States contains "microscopic traces" of cocaine. This is no mere urban legend, but a verified fact by scientists, forensics experts and the FBI. Traces of cocaine on American paper money signify the extensive use of cash as a means of payment in drug deals.12

Most money laundering is done through the international commercial banking system. American domestic banks launder an estimated $100 billion (U.S.) of drug money annually. This includes several of America's largest financial institutions. 13

The banking systems in North America and Western Europe seem to be serving as points of currency accumulation from the rest of the world that are siphoning hard capital or currency (cash).

César Gaviria Trujillo, the former President of Colombia and the former Secretary-General of the Organization of American States (OAS), has said, "If Colombians are the big fish of the drug trade then Americans are the whale," and demanded that the United States stop money laundering activities inside U.S. borders and devote more resources to lowering domestic drug consumption in the United States.

The Pakistani military and its military oligarchs also benefit from the international narcotics economy. According to journalist Rahul Bedi, "Other than ruling Pakistan directly and indirectly since [Pakistani] independence [from India] and controlling its [Pakistan’s] nuclear, defense and foreign policies, the military remains the country’s largest and most profitable business conglomerate."14

Raoolf Ali Khan, the Pakistani representative to the U.N. Commission on Narcotics had said in 1993 that "there is no branch of government [in Pakistan] where drug corruption does not pervade," and the CIA, itself a notorious force behind international narcotics proliferation, reported to the U.S. Congress in 1994 that heroin had become "the life-blood of the Pakistani economy and political system."15

The Link between Kosovo and NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan

Kosovo and Albania play an important role in the Eurasian Drug Corridor. The virtually independent Serbian province of Kosovo, primarily inhabited by ethnic Albanians, has a strong link with NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan. Kosovo is where part of the opium and heroin is forwarded from Afghanistan for entry into European markets and North America. Both Afghanistan and Kosovo are under Anglo-American domination, "democratization," undergoing "the process of nation-building," with U.S. military bases on their respective territories and in the orbit of NATO.

The Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia and Albania which are saturated with illicit drugs and weapons are also part of the Eurasian Drug Corridor. The Eurasian Drug Corridor is also where the flow of drugs and arms are facilitated.

The drug and weapons streams also run in opposite directions. Weapons flow inwards into the Eurasian Drug Corridor, while illicit drugs or narcotics flow outwards.

The Kosovo-centred illicit narcotics industry is worth billions of dollars a year in transport and exchange fees.

The Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and its affiliates or extensions in Macedonia and Albania, and to some extent in Italy, Greece, and Turkey, play an important role in drug trafficking and smuggling. The KLA are middlemen in the narcotics industry. They in turn use part of the proceeds of the illegal narco-economy to arm themselves and to cement their control over numerous aspects of commerce and life in Kosovo, the Albanian-inhabited areas of western Macedonia, and Albania.
According to Chossudovsky (The Globalization of Poverty and the New World Order), Albania and Kosovo became, as of the early 1990s, an important staging point for Afghan opium and heroin trade into Western Europe.

A triangular trade in oil arms and narcotics had developed largely as a result of the embargo imposed by the international community [namely the United States, the E.U., and NATO members] on Serbia and Montenegro [the last two states of the Yugoslav Federation] and the blockade enforced by Greece against Macedonia. In turn, the collapse of industry and agriculture had created a vacuum in the economic system which boosted the further expansion of illicit trade. The latter [illicit trade, i.e. smuggling and drug trafficking] had become a "leading sector," an important source of foreign exchange and a fertile ground for the criminal mafias.

The trade in narcotics and weapons was allowed to [deliberately] prosper despite the presence, since 1993, of more than 800 American troops at the Albanian-Macedonian border with a mandate to enforce the embargo. (…) The revenues from oil and narcotics were used to finance the purchase of arms (often in terms of direct barter): "Deliveries of oil to Macedonia (skirting the Greek embargo [in 1993-1994]) can be used to cover heroin, as do deliveries of kalashnikov rifles (…) in Kosovo."

These extensive deliveries of weapons were tacitly accepted by the Western powers on geo-political grounds; both Washington and Bonn [Germany] had favoured the idea of a "Greater Albania" [controlled by the Anglo-American alliance and Franco-German interests] encompassing Albania, Kosovo, and parts of [western] Macedonia. Not surprisingly, there was a "deafening silence" of the international media regarding Kosovo arms-drugs trade: "the trafficking [of drugs and arms] is basically being judged on its geo-political implications (…) In Kosovo, drugs and weapons trafficking is fuelling geo-political hopes and fears."

The Taliban are a creation of the CIA and Pakistan's Inter Service Intelligence (ISI). The Taliban government was set up in 1996 as an Anglo-American client state.

Former U.S. National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brezinski, during an interview with the Nouvel Observateur disclosed, that the official directive for the covert support of creating a civil war and opposition to the pro-Soviet Afghan government by the United States started on July 3, 1979.18 This was six months before Soviet troops even entered Afghanistan. There are indications that U.S. intelligence operations in Afghanistan in support of the Mujahideen and other groups predate 1979.

Kosten bis heute: über 10 Milliarden €, vor allem der ganze Militär Unfug der Bundeswehr und auch hier ohne Aussicht, das es mal besser wird.

Du sagst es! Die Sache läuft blenden, denn die Kosovaren sind ja stolz, das jeder UN Mann-Frau einen Sex Partner zur Verfügung gestellt erhält inklusive der Bundes Wehr Offiziere. Die Original gute Zusammenarbeit eben und Michael Steiner mit seiner damaligen Dolmetscherin aus dem Thaci-Gashi Super bekannten Verbrecher Clan, (der Gashi), ist ja besonders bekannt deshalb geworden. Eine echte Völkerfreundschaft eben auf Unterleibs Niveau, denn zu was Anderem sind Deutsche Politiker nicht fähig. Und Alle sind glücklich und zufrieden, wenn man für sein lustiges Leben als Deutscher Politiker dort unten 10.70.000 $ einstreichen darf und zwar Steuer frei. Es darf bei Deutschen aber auch mehr sein, wenn man sich mit gefälschten Doktor Titeln zuerst einen UNHCR Direktoren Posten besorgt und dann mal ein paar Millionen auf sein Privat Konto in Gibraltrar überweist: Siehe Verurteilung des Fischer- König Freundes: Jo Trutschler.

Und die Karavane zieht ja weiter, wo es Geld zu unterschlagen gibt, wie man an König auch sehr gut sieht. Wo dieser Fischer Freund ist verschwinden gleich die Milliarden, wie in Afghanistan und dem Kosovo.

Leider ist es so, obwohl selbst die SZ, Spiegel hierüber auch schon viele Story's brachten. Joschka Fischer und Konsorten warfen ja die BND Berichte in den Reisswolf, wenn sie auf Gesprächs Partner aus dem kriminellen Mileau hingewiesen wurden.
